Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Remote Receptionist & Social Media Manager. In this hybrid role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our organization, managing receptionist duties while also overseeing our social media presence. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely while providing essential support to our team and engaging with our online community. Responsibilities: Receptionist Duties: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing friendly and professional assistance to clients, partners, and stakeholders. Manage the reception area, greeting visitors, and directing them to the appropriate person or department. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls, coordinating calendars and ensuring timely communication. Handle administrative tasks, such as data entry, file management, and mail handling, with attention to detail and accuracy. Assist with office coordination, including ordering supplies, coordinating shipments, and managing vendor relationships. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Social Media Management: Develop and implement a social media strategy to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our website. Create compelling content for social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others, that aligns with our brand voice and values. Schedule and publish social media posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner. Monitor trends and insights in social media, analyzing data and metrics to optimize content performance and inform future strategies. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives. Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging platforms, and new features to continuously improve our social media presence and effectiveness. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking, to maximize ROI. Requirements: Previous experience in receptionist/administrative roles and social media management is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach and attention to detail. Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems. Creative flair and ability to generate engaging content that resonates with our target audience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Familiarity with remote communication and collaboration tools, such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace. Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
