Bullpen Talent is looking to hire a contract part-time Webflow developer and designer. The contract will be based around a single website re-design with the potential for ongoing maintenance and further contract work. This is a great opportunity for a skilled developer/designer to pickup some extra contract work. Position: Webflow Designer/Developer Work Hours (USA): Mondays to Fridays, 3-4 hours per day overlap with 9am-5pm PDT Responsibilities Design and develop website and landing pages using Webflow Strong Knowledge of Webflow SEO and CMS Ensure website functionality and perform regular updates and maintenance Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability Implement responsive design to ensure websites are mobile-friendly Skilled with designing graphics and content a plus (Figma, Canva, etc.) Conduct website testing and resolve any technical issues Requirements Proven 2+ years of experience as a Webflow Designer/Developer or similar role Strong portfolio showcasing Webflow design skills Portfolio showing graphic design skills Proficient in HTML, CSS, and other relevant web design coding languages Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction Knowledge of SEO principles Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Powered by JazzHR
