US Trading Manager Join a leading direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand committed to providing high-quality and comfortable essentials. As the US Trading Manager, you will be instrumental in growing the direct-to-consumer (DTC) store by developing and executing effective campaigns and promotions. You will be responsible for planning and implementing promotional strategies, leveraging tactical promotional tools such as free delivery, gift-with-purchase (GWP), and delivery pricing. Additionally, you will optimize tactical merchandising levers, including sorting, messaging, and banners, with the goal of enhancing DTC Gross Profit per Session. Here is the lowdown on the position: Job Type: Full Time Location: Permanent Work-From-Home Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive campaigns and promotions to drive growth in the DTC store. Utilize promotional tools such as free delivery, GWP, and delivery pricing to drive customer engagement and increase sales. Optimize sorting, messaging, and banners to enhance the visibility and appeal of products. Drive initiatives to improve DTC Gross Profit per Session through strategic trading and merchandising activities. Requirements: High Commercial and Analytical Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand market trends, consumer behavior, and business analytics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Bias for Action and Sense of Ownership: Proactive and results-driven with a strong bias for action. Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion. DTC Merchant or Trader, P&L Owner: Previous experience as a direct-to-consumer (DTC) merchant or trader, with a proven track record of managing profit and loss (P&L). Familiarity with the dynamics of online retail and e-commerce. Technical Skills: Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools and e-commerce platforms. Strong understanding of promotional strategies and merchandising tactics. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
