Description:

We are looking for a Lead Development Trainer to design and deliver educational and training programs for teams focused on Lead Generation, Prospecting, and Customer Service. The Lead Development Trainer’s responsibilities include conducting skills gap analysis, preparing learning material, and evaluating results after each training session. For this role, you will work closely with our LDU Team to identify challenges they face on the job and recommend ways to increase productivity. Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of our LDU teams and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement Design training curricula within time and budget constraints Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies) Onboard new Lead Development Specialists, Lead Generation Specialists, and Quality Assurance Specialists. Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses Monitor LDU objectives and results Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses Report on the impact of training programs (e.g. Leads produced, conversion rates) Liaise with external trainers or industry professionals and organize seminars Maintain updated records of training material, curricula, and costs QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES: Proven work experience as a Trainer or similar role Experience in a Telesales/Sales position is a plus Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms Excellent verbal and written communicator who lives for order and keeping things as simple as possible Comfortable speaking in front of large groups in person and remotely Technology savvy—picks up product details quickly Artist when it comes to presenting and has expertise with PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar presentation software Skilled at developing and monitoring metrics that prove an increased efficiency in the go-to-market motion Develops metrics to monitor employee progress and escalates to management when necessary A true collaborator who knows when to bring in subject matter experts to uplevel content Experience with MEDDIC or Sandler methodologies, and knowledge of SPIN or BANT methodology, is a massive advantage Has a passion for process improvement and helping others succeed Experience with SAAS/subscription-based models is a plus. Experience in cross-functional collaboration and working in matrixed structures Self-starter: Able to handle multiple projects at a time, highly proactive, and able to follow through.
