This role will collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive organizational effectiveness, implement HR programs, and facilitate talent initiatives that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Calculate wages, deductions, and withholdings and ensure payroll transactions are accurate and on time. Coordinate closely with HR and Finance departments to resolve payroll-related inquiries or issues. Compile statistical reports, statements, and summaries related to pay and benefits accounts, and submit them to appropriate departments as needed. Stay informed of relevant labor laws and ensure that payroll policies are compliant with government-mandated regulations. Position Prerequisites Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or any related field is preferred. At least 2 years of proven experience in payroll processing and timekeeping management. Strong understanding of payroll principles, tax regulations, and labor laws. Proficiency in payroll software and timekeeping systems. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Discretion and respect for confidentiality. Shift Time 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Philippines Time, Monday to Friday What’s Next?
