Job Overview We are seeking a Technical SEO Specialist to elevate our digital marketing initiatives aimed at the U.S. B2C sector. This crucial role demands an expert in SEO strategy and site optimization, with a strong understanding of U.S. consumer behavior and the ability to effectively engage and expand our audience. A high level of proficiency in English and comprehensive knowledge of the competitive U.S. market are crucial. The ideal candidate will drive growth and enhance our online visibility using advanced, cutting-edge SEO practices. Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy Development: Design and implement SEO strategies that incorporate technical, on-page, and off-page elements to enhance our web presence and user engagement among U.S. consumers. Technical Audits and Implementation: Systematically audit our websites to identify and address structural, content, and navigational issues. Implement advanced techniques such as schema markup and improve site speed to ensure all platforms are fully responsive. Keyword Research and Content Strategies: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify strategic targets. Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-optimized content that not only drives traffic but also encourages engagement and actions on-site. Link Building and Off-Page Optimization: Develop and manage a robust link-building strategy, engaging with authoritative domains to strengthen our domain authority and enhance overall web visibility in the U.S. B2C market. Analytics and Performance Monitoring: Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to monitor SEO performance. Analyze data to refine strategies, aiming to improve key metrics such as search rankings, user behavior, and conversion rates. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside web developers and marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices into all digital projects, ensuring a seamless user experience that supports business objectives. Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management, detailing progress against goals, including improvements in traffic, engagement, and key performance indicators. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of success in complex SEO campaigns. Extensive experience with SEO tools and web development technologies. Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking strategies, and best practices in SEO and SEM. Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data in creative ways to solve problems.
