Delivery of high quality candidates, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. You will work closely with our recruiter to understand clients specific needs and help them build a pipeline of qualified candidates. A day in the life… Sourcing and reviewing new candidates for technical positions Identify qualified candidates profiles using professional network e.g LinkedIN Build a candidate pipeline in accordance with the job description. Update and maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all active and passive candidates database in Google sheet and Applicant Tracking System Create boolean search to LinkedIN and Google Xray Willingness to learn continuously Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs & Sheets) Verbal and written communication skills Good time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively Desire to learn about recruiting best practices Organized, detail oriented, self-motivated with desire to contribute to overall team success Open to work in flexible hours (graveyard) Culture / Values: Work smarter not harder Learning is a lifelong journey Tomorrow is an opportunity for a better yesterday Powered by JazzHR
