Job Description: As a Software Tester at Time Access International, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our HR software applications. You will collaborate with the development team, develop test plans, execute manual and automated tests, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software products. Key Responsibilities: Comprehensive Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing of HR software applications to identify and report defects. Test Planning: Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data. Collaboration: Collaborate with the development team to ensure proper test coverage and timely issue resolution. Testing Types: Perform functional, regression, and usability testing. Automation: Create and execute automated test scripts when applicable. Strategy Participation: Participate in test design and strategy discussions. Quality Assurance: Ensure that software products meet quality standards and customer requirements. Requirements: Education: Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience: Proven experience in software testing, including manual and automated testing methods. Tools and Techniques: Familiarity with testing tools and techniques. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with HR software or human resource management systems.ISTQB or other software testing certifications.Knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG). Location of employment (Temp WFH) EMPLOYEE shall perform his/her tasks, duties, and responsibilities at the Project site located at Eastwood Ave, Bagumbayan, Quezon City, 1800 Metro Manila, Philippines , or such location that shall be designated and agreed upon by Client and EMPLOYER; unless the EMPLOYEE agrees to a “Work From Home” (WFH) or other flexible work arrangement in compliance with relevant rules and regulations under law.
