Credit Suite is seeking a highly capable, full time full-time Community Manager (Contractor) to join our Marketing Team. As a Community Manager you will be responsible for managing our online communities, engaging with our audience, and fostering positive relationships with our customers and followers across various social media platforms. You will be interacting with potential leads and clients on all of our social media channels to move them into our sales funnels. You will be responsible for helping thousands of active prospects in our groups and posts connect with Credit Suite online and turn into leads. What This role will do: ✅ Be an integral part of our Social Media team. ✅ Manage all social media comments and interactions on Credit Suite’s channels. ✅ Be actively engaged in Social Listening on all platforms ✅ Work with colleagues to implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, loyalty, and and ensure movement towards marketing goals. ✅ Comfortably engage with followers, live videos, and help openly share and provide ongoing content and value to our subscribers. ✅ Be an upbeat and outgoing personality who loves to be social! Cultivate and nurture relationships with our online community, influencers, and brand advocates. ✅ Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations for improvement. ✅ Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and development. What you will bring to this position: ✅ Have at least one year of community management experience. ✅ Have prior experience using social media as a method of engagement, and driving leadflow. ✅ Be detail oriented, organized and have good follow through. ✅ Can show a track record of successful community management and engagement. ✅ Some experience with project management tools like Asana or Zendesk and the ability to develop your own systems and processes. ✅ Experience or understanding of B2B marketing and the ability to develop a deep understanding of business financing and business credit. Credit Suite is open Monday-Friday, regular business hours. Details: This is a full-time position This will require an 8 hour shift, work hours could be between 9 am - 7pm ET. Starting hourly rate is $6.50 USD per hour Pay increases depend upon performance and management approval.
