Sr. iOS Developer (Back-end)Overview The client is a cutting-edge event ticketing and influencer platform, collaborating with some of the world's mostprestigious brands to energize events across the United States. As a company at the forefront of defining cultural moments, we specialize in connecting top influencers with brands to deliver the most robust analytics tools in the industry. Responsibilities ● Lead the design and development of our iOS application, ensuring a seamless, engaging user experiencethat aligns with our brand’s vision and innovation goals.● Implement best practices for mobile application development, including responsive designs, to ensureour app performs optimally across different devices and iOS versions.● Work closely with the product and design teams to translate business requirements and UI/UX designsinto functional mobile features.● Collaborate with backend engineers to design and consume APIs, ensuring smooth data flow andintegration between the mobile frontend and server-side logic.● Advocate for and implement advanced iOS technologies and frameworks to keep our app at theforefront of usability and performance.● Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuouslearning within the team.● Identify and troubleshoot application bottlenecks and bugs, optimizing code for speed and efficiency.● Participate in agile development processes, providing estimates and delivering features within sprinttimelines. Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.● 5+ years of experience in iOS app development, with a portfolio of released applications on the AppStore.● Deep proficiency in Swift and familiarity with Objective-C.● Strong understanding of iOS frameworks such as UIKit, CoreData, CoreAnimation, and others, as well asfamiliarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to backend services.● Experience with performance and memory tuning tools (like Instruments and Shark), and familiarity withcloud message APIs and push notifications.● Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and application interface guidelines, along with experience withversion control tools such as Git.● Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and analytical approach to overcoming challenges.● Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborativeenvironment.Powered by JazzHR
