GrowthAssistant is looking for a seasoned Senior Graphic & Video Designer to demonstrate strong technical skills, including video editing and graphic design, and possess a proactive attitude toward task execution. Responsibilities include video editing, graphic design, and providing support in Canva to meet project requirements efficiently. Salary Range: PHP 50,000 - 80,000 per month Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results. Benefits: Work From Home Performance, Attendance, and Referral Bonuses Paid Holidays and Time Offs Health Card Tasks : Taking long-form videos to edit into Instagram Reels and TikTok videos based on client requests but also utilizing sole discretion on what would look best and be most aligned with the company's overall brand Understand the business needs to create videos and static designs based on following design best practices & following the current design style Design brand new, from scratch static designs with little direction from the client; utilizing your keen eye for design basics instead and researching top brand trends in this space You use strong attention to detail skills for design optimizations like typography, fonts, alignments, etc. Meeting weekly and daily with your U.S.-based client to understand their needs, collect feedback, and optimize design strategy Design graphics and videos for social media and the client's website; doing logo design Edit and iterate off existing creative assets (crop, resize, text overlays, etc.) Stitch and edit short video and GIF content for digital campaigns across channels Create decks and visually enhance internal docs and presentations Creating brand guidelines based on client direction and ideas Requirements : 3+ years of video editing & graphic design experience; Must be comfortable working 50% on video designs and 50% on graphic designs Experience in offering strategic/creative recommendations to U.S.-based clients; providing feedback on what does not work and what does work for the video and static designs This is a highly creative role; you should be confident and comfortable presenting multiple design options based on your keen eye for design based on the client's style Communicating with U.S.-based clients over video Zoom, Slack, Google/email, and WhatsApp; daily and weekly meetings with a close client partnership Experience designing for e-commerce brands is preferred Strong attention to detail ensuring the video and graphic designs align with client expectations and branding, but also design principles such as typography, text alignments, image/video quality, etc. Experience with Adobe Suite for video editing (After Effects and Premiere Pro) Experience with Adobe Suite for graphic design (Photoshop and Illustrator) Ability to work CST Good oral and verbal communication skills Recent experience working in US office hours We are looking for someone who wants to grow as part of a team.
