It will be used by people who are building our roads, railways, buildings, power & water supplies. We are improving the civilisation we live in by digitizing the very process of building it!Our platform is meant to be used out in the field, office, and board room. It will help people do their jobs by digitising workflows at the coalface and feeding information up to descriptive and predictive analytics. For this role, an ideal candidate would be great at: Writing and talking in English, it is the main language we communicate and collaborate in, it would be awesome if your English Level is B or Higher. Please submit your CV and cover letter in English (Required) Writing and understanding Typescript / JavaScript. You have more than 3 years of professional experience using React or Next.js (Required) Making tests a priority by writing tests (unit and functional) and creating testable code (Required) Using CSS pre/post-processors like Tailwind, Post CSS, Styled Components, LESS, SASS and/or others (Required) Semantic documents using HTML , developing great user interfaces (Desirable) Identifying bottlenecks, using tools to diagnose and refactor code (Desirable) Going full stack and, depending on the project, either diving in the Rails services to add a new endpoint or modify behaviour (Desirable) If you don’t think you meet all the criteria above but still are interested in the job, please apply! We are in scale up mode so it will be a pretty full on role with more things to do than time available. This is why it will be important to prioritise and also develop capacity in the team by hiring and holding the team to the highest standards. We don’t like to mess about so you will need to be a very high performer who only wants to work with others of your ilk. We are growing rapidly so that means you role will grow rapidly too, you will need to keep up and constantly be looking 1-2 years ahead. Where would I be working? All of our roles are 100% remote and home-based. However, if you would like to work in a co-work space to get out of the house we can arrange that.
