Your responsibilities will include project leadership, team management, technological advancements, and client support, utilizing exceptional JavaScript, HTML, and CSS expertise to enhance our development efforts. Key Responsibilities Actively contribute to website development and troubleshooting, fostering collaboration and communication. Provide valuable insights for digital project strategies, delivering insightful reports. Design and implement efficient front-end code for optimal website performance, collaborating closely with developers and product management. Apply expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to integrate seamlessly with APIs, ensuring adherence to SEO and accessibility standards. Implement performance best practices to optimize website speed and responsiveness, utilizing Git mastery for version control and CI/CD pipelines. Configure and optimize task runners and bundlers to automate tasks and improve development efficiency, leveraging familiarity with Windows environment and Docker for frontend development. Effectively oversee and guide frontend development teams, prioritizing empowerment and teamwork within a cohesive work environment. Experience & Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience in effectively overseeing and guiding teams within a frontend development capacity. Expert understanding of HTML & CSS, JavaScript, SEO-compliant mark-up, and WCAG Accessibility standards. Demonstrated experience developing browser-compliant code and integrating with RESTful and third-party APIs.
