Description:
Responsibilities● Design, implement, and maintain scalable, performant backend systems and services that power ourplatform's core functionality.● Work closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of the frontend and backend partsof the application, providing a robust API that meets our application's needs.● Implement security and data protection best practices to safeguard user data and ensure compliancewith legal and industry standards.● Collaborate with the data team to design and implement systems that efficiently process and analyzelarge volumes of data, contributing to our insights on influencer spend and EMV calculation.● Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and system design.● Lead by example in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code, and guide other team membersthrough code reviews and mentorship.● Stay abreast of new technologies and advocate for their adoption where they can improve our platform'sperformance, scalability, or developer workflow.● Work with the project management team to estimate development timelines, identify potentialroadblocks, and contribute to the solution design process.● Work with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of features.Qualifications● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent workexperience.● 5+ years of backend development experience, with a proven track record of developinghigh-performance, scalable web applications.● Expertise in server-side languages such as Node.js, GoLang● Knowledge of Protobuf is a plus● Strong experience with database design and management, including working with SQL and NoSQLdatabases.● Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Google Cloud), including serverless architectures.● Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration technologies.● Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.● Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.● Excellent problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to tackling complex challenges.● Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Powered by JazzHR
