Senior Internal Audit - (Retail Industry experience is a must)Onsite - MarikinaDirect HireUp to 60,000/month Responsibilities To perform full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operational effectiveness and compliances to applicable directives and regulations; For every engagement, as a single contributor or in a team, to manage the engagement from Planning, Field Work, Documentation, Reporting and Follow Up phases; Conducts Internal Control Assessment to prepare organization to IPO; Conducts risk assessment; Conducts flow charting - to document processes, and be able to identify gaps in process; Responsible for conducting risk-based operational, financial and compliance audit; In the event, Standard Operational Procedure is absent, to draw process workflow/ flowchart based on what Management practices, and to obtain confirmation from Management on what was created prior to conducting compliance audit; For every engagement, to focus on what are the value-added contribution to Management via streamlining workflow (reduce lead time) or profit maximization or cost optimization Identify areas of concern, ability to assess their significance in relation to their possible impact on the Company's position, and to recommend corrective actions in mitigating risks; To evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal control to manage business and operational risks; To prepare and to present reports that reflect audit’s result; To maintain open communication with Management; To assist in the ad hoc engagements, and investigation, if any. Other job-related tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior from time to time. Qualification BSBA Accountancy graduate or related Qualified Accountant or Certified Internal Audit (CIA) or equivalent A t least 5 years’ audit experience in a retail or trading company. Well adept in doing various types of audits such as Operations Review, Financial Audit, Process Review and Development, Compliance Check, Fraud Investigations. Well-verse in audit project management from Risk Assessment, Audit Planning, Execution and Reporting. Willing to travel in different parts of the country. Retail experience is required.
