Summary of position The Salesforce Administrator will help continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing product road maps. This role will work closely with functional leaders and organizational units to analyze, design, and optimize processes utilizing the Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Administrator will execute all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions. Key Duties & Responsibilities All user and license management aspects include roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, and sharing rules. Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports. Identify and gather requirements, translating them into best practice, scalable solutions focusing on exceptional user experience. Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed. Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer. Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders. Management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers. Skills Required Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Sandbox environment management. Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge. Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes Desired Experience Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified Developer certifications preferred Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption Ability to translate technical information into layman’s terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact. Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality Strong data management abilities A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements Note: This is a remote work position.Schedule: 10:00PM to 7:00AM Philippine Time WHO WE ARE At Expertise, we strive to support the best providers in their efforts to serve their local communities.
