JOB DESCRIPTION: &* Develop and execute Sales and Marketing Strategy&* Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process and resource to create and execute winningsolution sales strategies&* Work through leads to Sales on CRM&* Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a CRM system&* Give presentations, product demos and general support to prospective customers.&* Enhance the companys branding by increasing visibility, awareness and engagement in Various online platforms and/or offline channels&* Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.&* Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff.&* Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.&* Works with Customer Success (Implementation and Support) team to ensure Client Satisfaction QUALIFICATIONS: &* Minimum of 2 years related experience in HRIS SaaS sales&* Willing to travel for business trips to meet clients&* Good communication and presentation skills&* Outgoing, highly-motivated, aggressive, ambitious and competitive&* IT and HR background is a plus SALARY : 25k - 35k
