Job Title: Reservationist/Sales Representative Client Industry: Vehicle Rental Location: Eastwood, Quezon City (Onsite) 6th, Eastwood, Cyberpark, CyberOne, 12 Eastwood Ave, Bagumbayan, Quezon City, 1800 Metro Manila, Philippines Position Overview RecruitGo is in search of a Reservationist/Sales Representative who will be working with our client based in Arizona, USA. Our client is a bus rental company. In this role, you will be responsible for taking inbound and outbound calls to close deals and reservations.Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone innovative, empathic and community-oriented, adaptable and flexible, detail-oriented, a self-starter, and possessing impeccable communication skills in both written and verbal using the English language. Responsibilities: Take inbound calls and provide outstanding customer service Make outbound calls as needed, close deals, and book more reservations Enter data into spreadsheets and trackers Calculate quotes so you must be great at sales and marketing Follow-up trip requests Manage, organize, and answer emails on time Any other tasks as assigned Qualifications: Willing to work full time, graveyard shift, weekend, and holidays Willing to temporarily work from home but later on work office-based Must be good with numbers Fluent in written and verbal English At least 6 months of experience with the same or similar role Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and research skills Keen to details Fast learner Diligent, honest, and responsible Can work independently or in a team with little to no supervision Able to think proactively and come up with solutions and ideas Can beat deadlines, stress, and pressure Why RecruitGo?
