Real Estate Transaction Coordinator - Client Services Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Real Estate Transaction Coordinator/Client Services Specialist to manage all aspects of real estate transactions and provide exceptional customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all paperwork and documentation related to real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations and contractual obligations, and maintaining clear communication with all parties involved. In addition, the candidate will assist clients with real-time tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating showings, and providing information about properties. Responsibilities: • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans• Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently• Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities• Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs• Make sure the buyer’s offer and counteroffers get approved by the seller to ensure a smooth real estate sales process• Schedule moving times and attending all closing-related meetings• Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including scheduling appointments, coordinating showings, and providing information about properties• Coordinate the preparation and distribution of all necessary paperwork and documentation• Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued• Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service• Strong understanding of real estate transactions and regulations• Strong attention to detail• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously• Positive and professional attitude• Customer service experience preferred• Excellent organizational and time management skills Compensation: $3-$4 Hourly About Company: Real Estate Homeselling Team is a fast-growing real estate team serving the greater Toronto area.
