Primary Job Responsibilities As a Customer Support Representative, you will interact with the customers to provide them with the information and assistance they need on our client’s products and services over the phone. Job Summary Sitel is looking for passionate customer service associates who can live and breathe our core values. We’ll also need you to know your way around a computer and be comfortable supporting customers through phone, online chat, or email.
