Bookkeeper/Property Manager Job Description As a Bookkeeper/Property Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and overseeing property-related tasks. Your role will involve handling bookkeeping duties while also managing property-related financial aspects. The ability to work remotely is essential for this position. Responsibilities: Financial Management: Record day-to-day financial transactions using QuickBooks. Verify and reconcile transactions in the correct ledgers (day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger). Prepare financial reports and statements. Property Management: Oversee property-related financial tasks, including rent collection, vendor payments, and property maintenance expenses. Ensure compliance with lease agreements and local regulations. Handle tenant inquiries and address property-related issues. Remote Work: Efficiently manage bookkeeping and property management tasks remotely. Communicate effectively with team members, property owners, and tenants through virtual channels. Qualifications: Bookkeeping Experience: Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting principles. Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Property Management Skills: Knowledge of property management processes, lease agreements, and tenant relations. Ability to handle property-related financial transactions. Remote Work Competence: Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. Strong communication skills for virtual collaboration.
