Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience to foster community growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to align organic social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns. Analyze performance metrics and insights to track the effectiveness of organic social media efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Manage the social media content calendar, scheduling posts, and ensuring timely delivery of content. Requirements: Proven experience in managing organic social media accounts for brands or organizations. Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Knowledge of basic graphic design principles and photo/video editing tools is a plus.
