Extensive experience in any franchise retail store Experience in the franchise industry Experienced in startup environments or during initial setup phases. Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion. In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, compliance standards, and best practices. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Change management expertise, with a track record of successfully implementing process changes and driving organizational transformation. Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
