Our client is an early-stage generative AI startup. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our community development and engagement strategies across various platforms, integrating our innovative AI tools, and driving brand awareness and growth through organic marketing efforts Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone innovative, empathic and community-oriented, adaptable and flexible, detail-oriented, a self-starter, and possess impeccable communication skills in both written and verbal using the English language . Responsibilities: Develop and implement community engagement strategies across platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Medium, and Discord. Utilize AI tools for content creation, including video transcription, AI-generated art, and synthetic voiceovers for diverse content formats. Curate and repurpose content across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging. Foster a strong, engaged community through interactive initiatives like Q&A sessions, webinars, and discussions. Analyze community feedback and engagement metrics to refine and adapt strategies for enhanced impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience in community management or related fields in the tech industry. Strong leadership abilities , with understanding and experience with AI tools and their application in marketing and community development. Proficiency in content creation and repurposing, including writing, editing, and basic multimedia production. Experience in SEO optimization and using analytics tools to track and interpret community engagement metrics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse community.
