By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to grow the family of world-class hotels using our partner's payment platform to simplify payment and booking systems. Your job will be to provide technical integration support throughout the process of onboarding new clients, collaborate with the various teams around the organization, document issues/bugs in Jira, and identify resolutions to complex technical problems. In short, you will contribute to our partner's rapid growth and expand the network of hotels making bookings easier than everbefore. Our ideal candidate is passionate about writing front-end integration code and working through challenging technical issues as a team across a variety of hotel websites.If you are passionate about tech, travel, and teamwork, this role is definitely for you! You’ll Be... Assisting with the technical integration of hotel websites with various partner products Working closely with Onboarding Managers to ensure that requests are completed on time to meet go-live expectations Ensuring technical issues are resolved and communicated with the rest of the team Drafting technical process documentation updates for our internal and external knowledge base Performing root cause analysis with the QA-s and Onboarding Managers Assisting customers by performing analysis of various issues relating to content changes, bugs, and issues on the SDK, as well as API issues Properly escalating unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams What You Bring To The Table 3+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript 1+ years of experience with React, Vue, or similar JavaScript frameworks Advanced English skills - spoken, written, and comprehension A solid understanding of modern website development Experience building and modifying websites built with WordPress, React, and WebFlow Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues Dexterity to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly and retaindiverse web technologies and techniques Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal Excellent technical documentation skills Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager Ability to troubleshoot website issues utilizing Chrome or Safari dev tools Embody and exemplify the PartnerHero core values consistently and set the tone for others: Be Humble, Care for Others, Take Ownership, Embrace Growth, and Manifest Trust What We Provide Hybrid workplace - depending on the partner, role, management, and/or personal workspace Overtime is available if applicable Competitive compensation based on experience Attractive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision options based on location Access to free posture-based fitness workouts from home Paid Sabbatical Leave Training opportunities provided by PartnerHero and outside entities 1-on-1 coaching with feedback sessions, mentorship, and opportunities for cross-functional development Why PartnerHero?
