We are looking for someone who can lead and manage the daily administrative requirements of a commercial cleaning company.Responsibilities:- Provide responsive, professional and exceptional service to customers, internal teams and vendors.- Lead the customer, employee and vendor onboarding process (execution of agreements, obtaining proper certificates of insurance, etc.)- Maintain key internal documents on a daily, weekly and monthly basis- Oversee customer billing and employee and subcontractor payroll records-Update monthly internal reporting documents and analysis in Microsoft Excel-Collaborate with and directly support the two owners of the Company, including calendar managementRequirements:- must know these platforms : Excel, Powerpoint, QuickBooks, Jobber- proven experience in office management or administrative leadership role- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Powered by JazzHR
