DIRECTLY REPORTS TO:Software Team LeadMAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:The primary responsibility of a Junior L3 Engineer is to provide technical support and will be the final line of support and incorporate a development team that deals with technical problems. They will handle the most complicated issues, such as modifying the code and studying and enhancing the solution for the unknown problems.They are also of assistance in developing information systems by studying operations; designing, developing, and installing software solutions; and supports and develops Sprout's software team.JOB DESCRIPTION: They will be involved in responsibilities related to providing technical support and solving complex issues. Considered a higher level of support and serve as an escalation point for more challenging technical problems. They will collaborate with development teams, senior engineers, or other specialized teams to find solutions. They will be the main person to communicate issues to the stakeholders They may be involved in identifying opportunities for automation and streamlining processes to improve efficiency. This could involve scripting, coding, or working with automation tools to enhance workflows. They are also of assistance in developing information systems by studying operations; designing, developing, and installing software solutions; and supports and develops Sprout's software team. TASKS: Perform code review to make sure coding guidelines and best practices are followed Designs, develops, and modifies modules based on user stories Works closely with the Team Leader and Business Owner for understanding the functional and system requirements Participate in daily scrum meetings and sprint planning Deploy new software to both testing and production environment Perform other duties as assigned by the company QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES: With a proven track record in providing exceptional technical support for at least 2 years Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders At least 1+ years hands on experience in web development .Net ASP .Net (Web Forms andor MVC) SQL Server .Net C# Must be proficient in: HTML/CSS Javascript jquery A Preferably with experience and knowledge of Azure A plus if you are familiar with: Web API and Unit Testing, Dapper .Net OR Sprout Solutions provides equal Opportunity Employment and Welcomes applications from all sectors of the society.
