About the Role As a Medical Operations Associate, you will be part of an innovative cross-functional team working to transform the delivery of patient care services in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is a dynamic role involving both direct clinical patient interactions as well as driving operational excellence in patient’s care coordination. You will work closely with the Hive leadership to develop and manage healthcare provider relationships, facilitate differentiated patient care experience, and provide direct input into product feature improvements. Responsibilities Facilitate establishment and management of Hive Health’s provider network relationships, particularly accreditations with dental providers Review of patient availment and reimbursement requests in a timely and accurate manner Support responses to patient inquiries related to their healthcare needs, coverage & benefits, and coordinate routing to accredited providers Evaluate and identify improvements to the existing insurance operation processes Support the company in relation to product development, business development, customer success, and other workstreams, as necessary Qualifications High attention to detail and organizational skills Creative, strategic, and proactive in problem solving At least 1 year of relevant experience in business administration, operations, or related fields (medical background is a plus) Benefits & Perks of Joining Hive Be part of a founding team transforming healthcare in the Philippines and beyond Comprehensive healthcare benefits (we practice what we preach!)
