Responsibilities: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and capture new leads through various channels, including online and offline marketing tactics. Conduct market research to identify target audience segments and create customer profiles for effective lead targeting. Create and optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, and other lead generation assets to maximize conversions. Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and relevant content offers, such as whitepapers, e-books, webinars, and case studies, to attract and engage potential leads. Implement lead nurturing campaigns through email marketing, content marketing, and other channels to build relationships with leads and move them through the sales funnel. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and effective communication throughout the lead lifecycle. Monitor and analyze lead generation and nurturing performance metrics, using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms, to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign effectiveness. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and marketing automation to continuously enhance lead generation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align lead generation efforts with business objectives and campaigns. Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities, performance, and campaign results to management and stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Leads Specialist, Demand Generation Specialist, or similar role. Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies, tactics, and best practices. Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage and track leads throughout the sales cycle. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding lead generation targets. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to optimize lead generation campaigns.
