Job Description: As the Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack) at Time Access International, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, architecture, and development of innovative software applications. You will provide technical leadership to a team of skilled developers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of skilled developers. Full Stack Development: Lead the design, architecture, and development of both front-end and back-end components of software applications. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and prioritize development tasks. Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices. Team Structure: Structure and maintain the technical team, implementing best practices for software development. Documentation: Create system architecture/solution diagrams, workflow process charts, and development team manpower structure charts. Ensure the management and documentation of all new or existing codes and integrations. Mentorship: Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Project Delivery: Ensure timely project delivery within specified timelines and budget constraints. Technology Trends: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, implementing innovative solutions to improve development efficiency and product quality. Optimization: Optimize software applications for performance, scalability, and efficiency. Coordination: Collaborate with relevant teams to coordinate, write, and test code. Expertise: Utilize expertise in web/mobile/API/SDK/database development concepts and patterns. Commercial Software Development: Develop and maintain commercial software to be sold to the commercial industry in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in software development with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.Proficiency in Node.js, ReactJS, ReactNative frameworks, and other relevant programming languages and frameworks.Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in leading and managing a development team.Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.Experience in project planning, estimation, and execution.Knowledge of security standards and best practices in software development.Strong fundamentals in building applications from scratch, demonstrated through a portfolio of completed projects.Experience building applications in Node.js and the ability to write clean, maintainable, and performant code using appropriate design principles and patterns.Experience and strong knowledge in the AWS Well-Architected framework.Experience in building large, scalable distributed systems with a good understanding of microservices architecture and associated principles.Strong experience in optimizing backend systems' performance and scaling infrastructure components.Experience with working on or interfacing with REST APIs/services/dynamic link library.Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Ability to perform query tuning, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and debugging.Experience with building and deploying a range of solutions into production, including using automation best practices for CI/CD/Kubernetes.Experience in or willingness to obtain certification for cloud-based software integration (Google, Alibaba, AWS, Microsoft Azure).Experience with the HRMS, Time Attendance, and Payroll Industry will be highly considered and taken into account.
