Responsible for casing application trials in the Foodlab and in-charge of day-to-day operation of the area. -Food Science, Food technology or any food related course graduate-Work experience 2 to 3 years in food manufacturing industry or packaging industry;-Supervisory experience is a plus but not necessary-Must be willing to travel -Operates all machineries related to meat processing during the trial.-Maintains the cleanliness and good conditions of the equipment and the Foodlab area.-Demonstrate to internal and external customers the step-by-step operation of each machine.-Ensures that materials and equipment needed to run a trial are available at all times.-Ensures that all raw materials are kept in correct storage and wastes generated during each trial are disposed every day.f-Conducts quality control evaluation of Operation samples related to casing application.-Conducts casing application tests for new products.-Assists the Tech Service Representative in conducting evaluation of casings with customer complaint.-Responsible to report any problems, violations, non-conformance and risk of product safety to the Food Safety Team Leader or Department head/supervisor/team leader in terms for Food Safety System Implementation.
