We're seeking an enthusiastic Remote Internet Researcher - Recruitment to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work from home and support our recruitment efforts by identifying suitable candidates for various roles within our company. As an Internet Researcher for Recruitment, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing online information related to potential candidates, industries, and job markets. Your role will be pivotal in supporting our recruitment strategies by providing accurate and relevant data to aid in decision-making processes. Duties and Responsibilities: Online Research: Conduct thorough internet research on candidates, industries, and market trends to gather valuable insights for recruitment purposes. Data Collection: Collect, organize, and maintain candidate data from online sources, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Profile Analysis: Monitor and analyze online job trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify recruitment opportunities. Content Evaluation: Evaluate the credibility and relevance of online content and sources related to recruitment efforts. Report Generation: Compile research findings into clear reports and presentations for recruitment team review. Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to support recruitment content optimization and visibility. Collaboration: Collaborate with the recruitment team to provide research-based insights and recommendations for candidate sourcing and engagement. Requirements and Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or Behavioral Sciences is a plus. Proven experience as an Internet Researcher or in a similar research-focused role. Experience with sourcing techniques like Boolean, Google X-ray, Linkedin, etc.. Proficiency in using research software and databases for data analysis and visualization. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research is advantageous. Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferably at least 6 months of experience in a related field or RPO company.
