Responsibilities Assist with Managing the Freedom Property Investors’ Recruitment Linkedin account Assist Recruitment with the creation of Recruitment Promotion Materials for publishing their open roles in different social media platforms of the company. Craft engaging captions and visuals that resonate with our target audience. Schedule and publish content using social media management tools. Monitor social media channels for comments, mentions, and inquiries, and respond promptly and professionally. Analyze social media performance metrics and report on key findings. Research industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform content strategy. Stay up-to-date on the latest social media tools and technologies. Participate in team meetings and brainstorms. Essential Requirements Graduating or a Fresh College Graduate in a bachelor's degree program preferably in Marketing and Communication or related courses. Passion for social media and a strong understanding of current trends Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creativity and a knack for storytelling Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks Proficiency in social media management tools (a plus) Basic understanding of social media analytics (a plus) Must have a Strong personality, assertive, and confident Familiarity with different social media platforms Must have no pending Laboratory courses and able to render full time.
