This role will play a crucial part in expanding the brand's reach and engagement through strategic influencer partnerships. Job Type: Full - Time Location: Permanent Work-From-Home Timezone: US(PST) Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage with influencers and affiliates who align with our brand values and target audience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers and affiliates through clear communication and consistent engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative campaign strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement. Manage the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including influencer outreach, product seeding, affiliate network setup, and campaign tracking. Ensure strict adherence to campaign guidelines and deadlines, providing guidance and support to influencers and affiliates as needed. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future initiatives and maximize ROI. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Requirements: Proven experience in influencer outreach and relationship management, product seeding, and setting up and running affiliate networks, preferably in a remote work environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate brand messaging effectively and build rapport with influencers and affiliates. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and quality assurance. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in using tools and platforms for influencer identification, outreach, and campaign management. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
