We are looking to grow our BPO unit by providing high-quality outsourcing solutions to clients across the globe. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated HR Generalist to join our team in the Philippines. You will play a critical role in establishing our Human Resource Core Functions. The role requires an HR experience to be able to respond to the local business and employees’ HR needs or requirements. This is a startup company; therefore, ideas, challenges, and opportunities are welcome to the leadership team for continued growth and success. What You'll Do Handle daily HR Core Functions, such as Employee Relations, Compensation/Payroll, Employee Engagement, and Employee Onboarding. Ensuring that the company complies with labor laws and regulation is a critical responsibility. Maintains employees’ records, attendance, manages 201 files, and other HR related requests. Helps create, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures within the organization and ensure that employees understand and adhere to them. Work with the leadership for continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in Human Resource Management or Psychology. Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. With BPO Industry Knowledge is preferred. CHRP (Certified Human Resource Professional) is a PLUS. Familiarity with Payroll Software/Tools. Effective organization and time-management skills to manage multiple HR-tasks and priorities.
