Job Title: General Virtual Assistant (GVA) Location: Remote Company: REMOTEVA PH Job Description: We're on the lookout for a versatile and proactive General Virtual Assistant to become an integral part of our REMOTE VA PH team. The ideal candidate thrives in a remote work environment, possesses excellent organizational skills, and is adept at handling various tasks efficiently. As a General Virtual Assistant, you'll collaborate with clients to provide comprehensive support, streamline processes, and ensure smooth operations across different areas. Responsibilities: ● Provide administrative support such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence. ● Assist in project management tasks, including coordinating with team members, organizing files, and tracking progress. ● Conduct research on various topics and compile relevant information for reports or presentations. ● Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciling financial records. ● Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers. ● Assist in customer service duties, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction. ● Prepare documents, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed. ● Perform ad-hoc tasks and assist with special projects as assigned. Qualifications: ● Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role. ● Strong proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), Microsoft Office, and project management software. ● Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. ● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. ● Resourcefulness and the ability to solve problems independently. ● High degree of reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail. ● Experience in graphic design, social media management, or customer service is a plus.
