Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Full Stack Developer , where you will play a pivotal role in developing, designing, and maintaining software solutions that enhance our business operations and customer engagements. You will work on innovative projects that integrate both front-end and back-end development, directly impacting our service delivery and operational success. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain full-stack applications: Build scalable web applications using front-end and back-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, Python, and Ruby. Implement responsive designs that work well on both desktop and mobile platforms. Regularly update and iterate on application features to enhance functionality and user experience. Participate in all software development life cycle phases: Contribute to initial planning and design discussions to understand project scope and requirements. Write clean, efficient code following best practices in software development. Test the application thoroughly before deployment to identify any bugs or issues. Work collaboratively with product managers and design teams: Regular meetings to align on the project’s direction and to ensure features meet user needs. Integrate user feedback into application development to refine and improve the product. Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate visual and interaction designs into functional web components. Ensure the technical performance and responsiveness of applications: Optimize application performance for speed and efficiency. Implement security measures to protect data and maintain privacy. Qualifications Relevant professional experience in full-stack development with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Strong proficiency with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular. In-depth knowledge of server-side programming languages like Python, Ruby, or Node.js. Strong understanding of database management, cloud services, and software architecture.
