Job Title: Field Sales Ambassador Client Industry: Merchant Financial Platform Location: Davao City, Cebu City (applicants can be from Cebu City and/or Mandaue City Cebu) Shift and Schedule: 40 hrs. per week, 8 hrs. per day Duties and Responsibility: Acquire merchants in assigned territory. Become an expert on mobile app solutions and promote it to merchants. Gather and address merchant feedback. Engage with merchants in person, and help them use the app effectively. Report performance and suggest improvements. Details of Responsibilities: Understand merchant needs and recommend suitable services. Stay updated on product benefits and present them clearly. Conduct demos, execute campaigns, and build rapport with merchants. Distribute marketing materials and provide feedback. Follow up on inquiries and guide app usage. Meet sales targets and submit reports. Identify new business opportunities and gather market insights. Attitude Passionate, empathetic, and clear communicator. Problem-solver with a "find-a-way" attitude. Agile, flexible, and meets deadlines. Persistent and driven to achieve results. Honest, speaks up, and values teamwork with strong customer service ethics. Background and others Job Qualifications: Sales experience at least 6 months No health issues Must be willing to use own Android phone. Willing to appear and speak on public events as a representative of the company. Willing to work in the field 100% of the time. Preferred but not required: Motorcycle or other type of vehicle Any Experience in Field Collections, Other Fintech Companies, Field Agents of FMCG, Insurance agents, and other fieldwork experience.
