In Human Resources Management , the focus is on optimal personnel hiring and deployment according to skills and organizational needs, alongside comprehensive training and development for all employees. In the Communications domain, the aim is to enhance internal and external communication clarity and efficiency, supported by advanced technology and systems for streamlined processes. Under Inspection and Reports , maintaining ethical standards and securing operations are paramount, coupled with performance management through a statistics-based approach, including reporting, commendations, and adherence to organizational standards. Overall, the establishment director is tasked with strategic oversight, ethical leadership, and fostering continuous improvement and adaptability to ensure the organization thrives across human resources, communications, and performance management.
