Philippine Public Holidays Government-mandated benefits 13th Month Bonus About the Role As an eCommerce Manager, reporting to the CEO, your role involves spearheading sales growth, refining product management practices, and enhancing customer experiences across various online sales channels. Your deep knowledge of Shopify, eBay, and other platforms, along with your skills in sales analytics and customer service automation, will be crucial in meeting these goals. Key Responsibilities Overseeing the setup, customization, and ongoing management of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, eBay, Amazon, and others. Ensure that product listings are accurately maintained, optimized for search visibility, and aligned with brand guidelines. Taking ownership of product and catalog management, including adding new products, updating product information, managing inventory levels, and categorizing products effectively for easy navigation. Utilizing data analytics tools and platforms to track sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for growth and increase of sales. Generate reports on key metrics such as sales revenue, conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition cost. Managing integrations between e-commerce platforms, third-party apps, and other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation. Implementing SEO best practices, keyword optimization strategies, and product promotion campaigns to drive traffic and sales. Position Prerequisites At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce and proficiency with Shopify are required Familiarity with eBay, Amazon, and other platforms.
