Lead the management and enhancement of website content and structure to improve user experience and conversion rates, ensuring all digital platforms align with our strategic goals. Oversee the creation of compelling content and the execution of campaigns, managing budgets to ensure maximum return on investment. Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to strategies as needed. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to synchronize marketing efforts and enhance overall campaign effectiveness and efficiency. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, applying innovative practices to keep our strategies ahead of industry curves. Continuously improve our digital marketing approaches through rigorous A/B testing and other experimentation methods to refine tactics and boost outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in strategic campaign management. In-depth knowledge of the various digital marketing platforms and tools. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data to inform strategies. Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting and presenting clear, compelling reports and presentations. Preferred Skills Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
