Job Title: Customer Service Representative Client Industry: Dental Software Practice Management System Location: Philippines (Remote) Shift and Schedule : Monday through Saturday, with 5 working days. The hours are based on Australian time, and the shifts are either 8 AM to 5 PM, 9 AM to 6 PM, or 10 AM to 7 PM. Position Overview RecruitGo is in search of a Customer Service Representative who will be working with our client based in Australia. Our client is a lender that focuses on dental software. Responsibilities include answering calls, educating customers about the platform, responding to email tickets, and assisting with client onboarding. Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone who is upbeat, analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses impeccable communication skills in both written and verbal using the English language . Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer service and technical support via phone, email, or chat Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues promptly and professionally Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times HICAPS / Media bridge installation (training provided) Troubleshoot technical issues Bug reports and escalations Assist with client onboarding Client platform customization Knowledge base articles/content management Engaging in the client’s work community Gather client feedback While performing his/her duties, the employee shall learn and observe best practices in the appropriate endeavor Perform any other job that may be assigned from time to time by his/her immediate superior, and/or other officers of the client Ensure the harmonious relationship between officers of the employer and co-employees in carrying out the job assigned Strictly observe company rules, regulations and policies and observe proper decorum at all times Qualifications: Level 1-2 customer support experience 2-4 years of experience required Experience in a medical and or dental-related account/s preferred Excellent written and fluent verbal English communication skills Excellent spelling and grammar Exceptional problem-solving skills Strong empathy for the customer and desire to help people Strong work ethic and a high attention to detail Able to work with minimum supervision A college degree in any relevant course is a plus Technology Requirements: A dedicated quiet workspace at home or a co-working space Good internet connection (minimum 20MBPS) and mobile data backup A desktop or laptop computer (3rd generation or higher) with at least i3 or equivalent processor at least 8 GB RAM and Windows 10 and above or MAX OSX operating system A headset with an extended microphone, a noise-canceling headset is a must Uninterrupted power supply up to 4 hours back-up Why RecruitGo?
