Job Title : Customer Service Manager Client Industry : Financial and Technology Location : Philippines (Remote) Shift and Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, Day Shift Position Overview: RecruitGo is looking for an experienced customer service manager and working in Our client include some of the world’s largest banks, asset managers, FinTech firms and VC/PE funds. We service our clients by providing essential advice that is grounded in the realities of business challenges and technology innovation. Responsibilities: 1. lead the establishment and management of the new customer service team from inception to full operation;2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure the team meets and exceeds performance goals;3. Responsible for the management of customer service team members, including proper scheduling and assignment of work, training and management of staff;4. Manage all aspects of the site, including facilities, equipment and resources.5. Recruit, train and supervise team members to ensure high performance and active participation.6. Handle all team related issues and provide support and guidance as necessary7. Work with internal stakeholders to align team goals with company objectives8. Monitor and report KPIs to senior management9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Qualifications: 1. Experience in team management, preferably in a customer service or BPO environment2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills4. Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment6.
