Our client is a dental group company.Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone who has excellent written and verbal English skills. Responsibilities · Making and canceling appointments, with the desired location and the appropriate Dentist· Support patients with their phone inquiries, and provide them with the appropriate answers· Log, monitor, and manage patients’ incidents, requests, and tasks on Zendesk to ensure that Service Level Agreement targets are met· Manage and allocate voicemails to ensure that Service Level Agreement targets are met· Live chat support· Supporting patients with their inquiries and concerns Why RecruitGo?
