Job Title: CRM Implementation Manager - Real Estate Location: Fully Remote/Europe-Based Client Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced CRM Implementation Manager to spearhead the implementation of a CRM system tailored for our real estate operations. The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption across our real estate division. Responsibilities: Project Planning and Management: Lead the planning and execution of the CRM system implementation project for the real estate division. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans and timelines. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to allocate resources and manage project dependencies. System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the CRM system to meet the unique needs and workflows of the real estate division. Design and implement custom fields, workflows, and automation rules to streamline processes and optimize user experience. Integrate the CRM system with other real estate software and tools, such as property management systems and listing platforms. Data Migration and Quality Assurance: Lead data migration efforts, ensuring accurate and seamless transfer of data from legacy systems to the CRM system. Develop data migration strategies and scripts, and conduct data mapping and cleansing activities to maintain data integrity. Perform quality assurance checks to validate data accuracy and completeness post-migration. User Training and Adoption: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on system functionalities, best practices, and reporting capabilities. Provide ongoing support and assistance to users, addressing questions, concerns, and system-related issues. System Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize system enhancements and updates. Implement configuration changes and enhancements to address evolving business needs and improve user productivity. Qualifications: Proven experience in CRM system implementation and administration, preferably in the real estate industry. Proven track record of successfully leading CRM system implementation projects from initiation to completion. Strong technical skills, including system configuration, customization, and integration. Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with real estate agents, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
