Duties and Responsibilities1. Fundamental interactions would include assessing, training, and coaching staff with periodic reporting to stakeholders.2. Develop content, design modules, evaluate training feedback and provide recommendations to further enhance training effectivity in line with processes in different lines of business.3. Conduct comprehensive classroom discussion using innovative teaching strategies and tools.4. Monitor and document individual progress and provide remediation and direction as needed.5. Analyze areas for improvement in lieu of meeting performance outcomes.6. Provide direct feedback to the students and their respective supervisors and Genfinity Management on the learning progress of the students.7.
