Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Channel Operator to support our diverse business units, including New Businesses, Marketing, Customer Engagement & Governance, and Commercial. The Channel Operator will play a crucial role in reviewing campaign requests, configuring platforms, conducting quality assurance checks, obtaining approvals, and scheduling campaign releases across various platforms. Responsibilities: Review and QA of campaign requests received.Platform configuration to set up the campaign.Review of campaign test results (QA).Securing approval from the Channel Operations Head (QA) and Requestor.Scheduling the release of the approved campaign setup. Platforms to be Used: Kevel: Pop-up, Action Card / Prime BannerGAM: Send Money, Buy Load, GSaveAligrowth: SMS, Push Notification, Pop-up, Action Card / Prime Banner, Promo Card, Feature CardM360: SMSPulse ID: Geofenced NotificationNetcore: Email Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in channel operations, campaign management, or a similar role.Familiarity with the mentioned platforms or a willingness to quickly learn their functionalities.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
