As Business Development Specialist , you excel in scheduling and confirming appointments, demonstrating a proficiency in maintaining transparent communication with clients for a seamless process. You manage calendars and implement timely follow-ups, contributing significantly to the team's overall efficiency. Responsibilities : Make systematic outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads. Engage in conversations to introduce company services and benefits. Use persuasive communication to schedule and coordinate appointments for potential clients looking for outsourcing services. Use scheduling system for organized and efficient management of service appointments. Maintain and update CRM with customer records, interactions, objections, and future outreach opportunities. Actively listen to customer responses, adjusting pitch to secure appointments. Collaborate with the sales team to report daily performance metrics and contribute insights. Engage with clients through phone, email, or online platforms to understand service needs and schedule appointments as per their preferences.
