Responsibilities Obtaining new business accounts and maintaining relationships with clients. Exploring opportunities to grow a business in coordination with the CEO and other key managers Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, finding and developing new markets and improving sales. Follow sales objective for territory and set written plan of targets Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Attending virtual conferences, meetings, and industry events. Developing quotes and proposals for clients Build client relationships at the "C" level and senior-level IT stakeholders who are responsible for driving business decisions Work closely with the key managers and to drive business to closure Follow up on warm leads and convert hot leads into sales Become thoroughly familiar with client systems and processes Technical Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field. Strong track record of developing and closing leads in overseas markets in the IT vertical Experience in sales, marketing or related field, consulting firms/ IT services companies with an appreciation and understanding of digital and selling digital solutions Strong communication skills and IT fluency. Ability to manage complex projects and multitask. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. Strong track record in growing Solutions business Direct sales and client relationship management experience Outstanding interpersonal skills be able to work across all areas within a company culture that is entrepreneurial, flexible, high-performance, and agile Ability to foster and maintain solid partnerships with clients and internal staff Other Details: Employment terms: Full-time/ Regular Availability: Can start ASAP/Max of 30 days’ notice Schedule: 3:00 pm – 12:00 am (Manila Time) to start with the possibility of a flexible schedule once goals are met Work Location: 2 Orion cor Kalayaan St, Poblacion, Makati City BENEFITS: Temporary WFH HMO/Life insurance on day 1 Company provided device 13th month pay 15 total SL/VL Philippine holidays Powered by JazzHR
