Job Title: Marketing Campaign Strategist Client Industry: Software / IT Industry Location: Philippines (Remote) Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time (US) (night shift) Position Overview RecruitGo is in search of a Marketing Campaign Strategist who will be working with our client based in California. Our client serves small and medium-sized retailers throughout the USA.Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone who has strong written English skills, retail acumen, an enthusiastic personality, and excellent language skills. Responsibilities · Learning the 3-tier marketing tool called ZoomInfo and leveraging all the benefits of the tool. Understanding how to pull appropriately filtered contact lists and create automation. You will be working directly with an account strategist and Marketing Director for guidance.· Making outbound calls to prospects after we have sent a series of emails to them AND we know the prospect has opened those emails.· Drafting multiple email campaigns and creating effective workflows. Our Marketing Director will assist in reviewing the current emails.· Researching & Learning best campaign practices and implementing them. Leveraging A/B testing on the campaigns to improve performance.· Maintaining social media interactions, responding to responses from campaigns, and learning more about the companies to better market to them.· Researching prospects that contact us directly and creating a robust profile for them in our CRM tool. Capture all the information in a concise and clear manner. Qualifications Weare seeking someone with strong language and writing skills, especially in writing effective email campaigns for prospects.The top qualities we are looking for in potential candidates:· A background in marketing or campaign writing· Strong written English skills· Retail acumen· Enthusiastic personality· Excellent language skills with prior experience talking to US customers (as you previously suggested, someone from the BPO sector in sales) Why RecruitGo?
